MRA assembling machine
The MRA is a cam controlled assembling automat with from 6 and up to 36 station for the automatic assembly of components with a length up to approx. 200 mm. The mechanical movements allow truly short cycle times and make the automat to a production good with extremely high efficiency.
The MRA assembling machine has the following features:
- The machine concept and the fast Bosch MTX controller allow cycle times < 1 second
- Robust and low dirt exposed, suitable in „rough” environment
- Process control possible on each station
- Production data record and supply
- The cam-controlled sequence is warrant for a precise and fast assembling process
- The MRA is modular and can be changed over to each customer request
